Fayetteville Fury Youth Teams Show Significant Growth at NC Rush Triad “Beat the Heat” Tournament - Final Spring Event Ahead as Player Assessments Open for 2025–2026 Season
FAYETTEVILLE, NC — The Fayetteville Fury Soccer Club continued its upward trend in development this past weekend, showcasing determination and measurable progress at the NC Rush Triad “Beat the Heat” Tournament in Wiston-Salem, NC.
While the win columns don’t tell the full story, what stood out most was the evolution of team chemistry, player confidence, and technical execution since the start of the spring season.
“We don’t measure success solely by wins — we measure it by growth and individual development, and this tournament proved how far these players have come,” said Al Florez, Senior Club Advisor. “From decision-making under pressure to individual leadership, the improvement was clear across all age groups.”

The NXT Assessment Program is not just a tryout — it's a strategic evaluation designed to identify growth-oriented players ages 8–18 who are ready to be challenged.
