What Does Your Tuition Cover?
Your player’s tuition includes the following benefits:
- Tournament Registration Fees
- Uniforms
- USSSA Player Cards
- Coaching Fees
- Field Access Fees
What Do We Need From You?
To complete your registration, please provide the following:
- A signed Medical Waiver
- A signed Photo Release Waiver for Media
Instructions for Completing the Waivers:
- Both forms are fillable PDF documents. Click the provided links to download the forms.
- Open the PDF and click on the "Sign" button to add your signature digitally.
- Save the completed forms to your device.
How to Upload Your Signed Forms:
- Once the forms are saved, return to this page.
- Click on the "Upload" button (as shown in the image above) to submit your signed waivers.
- Your player’s Jersey and Short Sizes(If unsure, we recommend sizing up).
- Click Here to fill out Uniform Survey.
- A Commitment Fee of $300, with the option for a monthly payment plan.
- The Spring 2025 commitment fee, due no later than January 5, 2025.
How to Use Soccer Shift (Payment Portal)
Follow these steps to set up payments through Soccer Shift:
- Click on the Soccer Shift link provided below.
- Create an account using your email and verify it.
- Return to this page and log into your Soccer Shift account.
- Add your player(s). For multiple players, use the "Add Player" option.
- Choose the payment plan:
- Summer Program: $50/month
- Spring Program: $100/month
- Select your payment preference:
- Pay the entire fee upfront.
- Pay the $300 commitment fee with monthly installments.
- Congratulations! You’re officially a member of the Fayetteville Fury Futures.
